Our Company

Genomenon is an AI-driven genetic intelligence company on a mission to save and improve lives by making biomedical information actionable. Rare diseases and cancer affect more than 30 million people in the U.S. alone and hundreds of millions globally, yet most patients still face long diagnostic journeys and limited treatment options. Our goal is clear and ambitious: to deliver the information that shapes diagnosis and treatment for every rare disease and cancer patient.

We sit at the intersection of AI, genomics, and real world evidence. Genomenon transforms the global scientific literature into a literature derived, real world evidence (RWE) engine for precision medicine—combining large-scale AI with expert human curation to deliver clean, clinically actionable datasets. This approach fills critical gaps left by EHR and claims data, especially in rare disease and oncology, by showing how patients actually present, progress, and respond to therapy.

We turn vast, complex biomedical data—spanning genomics, clinical evidence, and scientific literature—into trusted intelligence that helps clinicians make better diagnostic and therapeutic decisions, and supports life sciences organizations in bringing better therapies to market faster.

Our work has real, measurable impact. Genomenon’s platforms and services are used by more than 250 clinical laboratories and pharma organizations worldwide to support diagnostic interpretation, variant curation, and evidence-based decision-making across the drug development lifecycle.

Each year, our technology helps inform care for tens of thousands of patients facing rare, complex, and time-sensitive conditions—reducing uncertainty and delivering answers when they matter most.

What makes Genomenon unique is our ability to support both clinical diagnostics and pharmaceutical innovation on a shared foundation of advanced AI, deep domain expertise, and rigorously curated data.

  • In the clinic, our solutions directly influence real world patient outcomes.
  • In pharma, we enable teams to harness literature derived RWE across clinical trial development, regulatory, and commercial workflows—turning fragmented biomedical knowledge into a strategic asset and emerging as the trusted data layer for genomic diagnostics and precision therapeutics.

If you’re motivated by impact, energized by complexity, and excited to help shape the future of rare disease diagnosis and treatment, there’s no better place to do that work.

About the Opportunity

Genomenon is at the forefront of genomics and variant intelligence, with a mission to accelerate genetic discoveries and improve patient outcomes. Mastermind is already the go-to tool for variant interpretation at many of the country's top molecular labs, and CKB is on a regulatory milestone trajectory via the FDA recognition pathway.

We're building toward profitability with a clear two-channel strategy, and the Clinical Diagnostics channel needs a dedicated marketing leader to own it. This is a rare role. You'll run a real ABM motion against named clinical lab accounts, build partner marketing programs with platform partners, and own positioning and launch execution for a regulated milestone and a category-defining product launch. You'll report directly to the VP of Marketing with no bureaucratic layers between you and the decisions that matter.

If you're an experienced clinical channel marketer who has actually run both an ABM motion at enterprise accounts and a real partner/channel alliance program, and you're ready to own a channel end-to-end, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy for the Clinical Diagnostics channel, covering Mastermind, CKB, and the future ClinDx product portfolio
  • Design and execute ABM strategy for named clinical lab accounts (hospital labs, reference labs, molecular labs), in partnership with the ABM Coordination Lead
  • Build and run partner marketing programs with Illumina, Tempus, Sophia Genetics, and ecosystem partners: joint webinars, co-branded content, MDF management, marketplace presence, and integration launch GTM
  • Own messaging, positioning, and product marketing all Clinical products
  • Drive demand generation and own pipeline accountability for the ClinDx channel
  • Develop sales enablement for the ClinDx sales team in partnership with the VP of Sales and clinical AEs
  • Set conference strategy for AMP, ACMG, AACC, CAP, and partner events
  • Own the Labs journey hub on the rebuilt website: content, conversion, and ongoing optimization
  • Build and maintain the library of lab references and case studies; develop expansion plays into existing Mastermind and CKB customers
About You

Our ideal candidate is an experienced clinical channel marketer with startup experience who has run both an ABM motion at enterprise accounts and a real partner/channel alliance program. You bring genuine buyer fluency with molecular pathologists, lab directors, and variant scientists. You're as comfortable writing a one-page strategy memo as you are presenting pipeline metrics to a VP of Sales, and you thrive in a player-coach environment where you set the strategy and run the plays yourself.

You don't need a large agency on speed dial. You need a clear target list, a defined play library, warm partner relationships, and the discipline to execute against both. That's exactly what this role offers.

Skills and Background
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years in life sciences, molecular diagnostics, NGS, genomics SaaS, or adjacent industries
  • Hands-on ABM ownership at enterprise accounts: personally designed and executed programs against named accounts, not just supervised — with account-level pipeline impact to show for it
  • Formal partner marketing track record: joint webinars, co-branded content, MDF planning and reporting, marketplace presence — examples on the resume, not theory
  • Enterprise sales partnership experience: owned MQL/SQL definitions, account-level intelligence, and sales enablement that field reps actually used
  • Product marketing fluency: led positioning, messaging, and launches for technical B2B products in regulated or scientific markets, end-to-end
  • Pipeline and revenue accountability: owned a marketing-sourced or influenced number, reported against it, and hit it
  • Cross-functional leadership without authority: directed shared resources (content, design, web, events) and delivered cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and BD without a direct reporting line
  • Sharp written communication: tight, audience-tuned business writing and the ability to pressure-test messaging against a discipline framework
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated buyer fluency with molecular pathologists, lab directors, and variant scientists
  • Startup experience, building from scratch and owning projects from end-to-end
  • Direct experience marketing into clinical diagnostic labs, molecular labs, or hospital labs (NGS, variant interpretation, in-vitro diagnostics), or a closely adjacent industry such as genomics SaaS, sequencing platforms, CDx, or real-world evidence
  • Proven ability to lead without authority in a matrix environment, with examples of shared-resource management and cross-functional delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to write a one-page strategy memo and a compelling partner brief equally well
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
Nice to Haves (or Coachable)
  • Existing relationships with molecular pathology directors, lab directors, or variant scientists at named clinical lab accounts
  • Marketplace and channel-partner experience (e.g., OEM co-marketing programs)
  • Prior experience marketing a product through an FDA recognition, 510(k), or comparable regulated milestone
  • Background in genetics, molecular biology, or clinical lab operations (MS or PhD acceptable; relevant marketing experience is preferred over a scientific background)

If you're a clinical channel marketer who is ready to own a channel end-to-end, build something real with partners who are already at the table, and lead a marketing moment that will define your career, we'd love to connect.

Our Commitment

Building a great company starts with building a diverse and inclusive team. We believe that people with different backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences help us solve harder problems and build better solutions.

Genomenon is committed to inclusion across race, gender, age, religion, identity, disability, and background — in how we hire, how we work, and how we lead.

If you’re excited about the role but unsure whether you meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply. We’d rather review one more resume than miss the chance to meet someone exceptional.
