Job Description SummaryThis role is responsible for conduction planned and unplanned technical briefings and consultations for GE HealthCare equipment’s users in the post-sale period at the place of installation, in the training GE HealthCare center, remotely from the GE HealthCare office, in another training/ consultation/ monitoring visit place and monitoring customers’ visits to assess clinical use of medical equipment within its business direction.Job Description
Clinical Education Specialist, MR is charged with the following employment duties:
- Contact with customer before technical briefing/consultation/monitoring visit and provide necessary clarifications concerning briefing’s/consultation’s/monitoring visit’s preparation;
- Arrive at the designated briefing’s/consultation’s/monitoring visit’s date and time and instruct to the full extent in compliance with standard briefing’s/consultation’s/monitoring visit’s plan. Sign necessary documents at user’s manager at the end of briefing/consultation/ monitoring visit and provide them within the defined deadlines;
- Answer user’s (customer\s) questions concerning clinical system use fully and exhaustively;
- Provide users with necessary instructions and tools (if needed) concerning clinical system use;
- Prepare a report about conducted briefing/consultation/monitoring visit and enter it in the reporting system within the defined deadlines;
- Prepare and conduct classes with equipment’s users on topics developed by the company and/or requested by users, involving experienced users and leaders;
- Prepare and conduct briefings/consultations/monitoring visits for customers concerning remote access technology by their request;
- Support in marketing company’s activity;
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within defined deadlines;
- Complete planned and unplanned professional knowledge and skills attestation by the company’s request.
