  • Help plan and facilitate clinical best practice design sessions with the leading physicians across specialty practice areas
  • Assist content writers with research, proofreading and formatting policy documents
  • Partner with other members of the clinical product team (informatics, clinical content, designers, etc.) to capture, structure, and automate clinical knowledge extracted from our physician advisors
  • Proactively monitor, identify and communicate risks and issues that may impact any aspect of care journey development

Your background and characteristics:

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong proficiency in grammar
  • Preferred prior writing, editing, or content creation experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and/or AMA format a plus
  • Experience helping to facilitate meetings, collaborative-design sessions, or similarly structured brainstorming sessions in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with defining and documenting data and business rule requirements
  • Coordinating resources and schedules for care journey design projects, including project deliverables, goals and milestones
  • Creating project documentation, daily review and thorough timely updates to all project documentation
  • You are passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system and helping ensure every patient receives the best care possible
  • You are self-directed, confident, and thrive working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with redaction of official documents is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required; MPH, MSN or equivalent Masters-level healthcare degree a plus.
  • Work Experience: 2+ years of related experience working for a payer or multi-specialty provider organization, or comparable experience with a healthcare technology or managed services vendor.
