Today, we live in a world where everything has become convenient. Now you can get a ride anywhere, buy anything, answer any question with just a couple clicks on your phone. Convenience isn’t a luxury, it’s an expectation.
So why not renting? It’s still a chore to get utilities set up, buy renters insurance, get air filters changed, handle pest control, and more.
That’s why we’ve built the world’s first Resident Experience Platform that makes resident onboarding, resident services, and ancillary revenue effortless for property managers.
We’re passionate about turning friction into triple win experiences for residents, property managers, and investors. That way renting can be easy and rewarding for everyone.
And now you can join us. Apply today to join 200+ passionate, creative people who strive to make a difference each day so residents, property managers, and investors all win; creating the ultimate Triple Win.
About the Role

As a Client Training Specialist, you’ll be the face of Second Nature for leasing teams during onboarding. You’ll lead live, high-impact training sessions focused on RBP (Resident Benefits Package) fluency and adoption. You’ll help leasing agents not only understand our platform—but believe in it.

You Will:

  • Deliver live, engaging RBP training sessions for leasing agents during implementation.
  • Drive understanding and emotional buy-in around the value of Second Nature’s platform.
  • Equip leasing teams to confidently communicate resident benefits and drive adoption.
  • Improve early activation rates, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and long-term value realization.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Managers, AEs, Marketing, and Enablement to standardize training content and delivery.
  • Support public-facing webinars as we scale.
  • Assist Customer Success with targeted training refreshes to reactivate adoption.
  • Optimize internal bandwidth by removing training lift from AEs and IMs, creating more focus on portfolio growth.

Outcomes We’re After:

  • Improved resident enrollment and activation rates
  • Increased leasing agent fluency and consistency in RBP messaging
  • Greater buy-in at the frontlines to support executive decisions
  • Time savings for our Implementation and Sales teams
  • Stronger perception and utilization of Second Nature’s Triple Win approach

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in Property Management and/or PropTech in a resident, client, or investor-facing role
  • 3+ years in a training, enablement, or onboarding capacity (internal or external audiences)
  • Confident facilitator with exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable leading virtual trainings with groups ranging from 3 to 300
  • Metrics-driven mindset—you understand how training influences adoption and revenue
  • Strong collaborator across teams (Implementation, CS, Marketing, Enablement)
  • Passionate about delivering clarity, energy, and education in every interaction

We get it. Requirements can sometimes hold people back from applying to a job, but don’t let that be the case here. If you believe you have the skills it takes to elevate this role, team, and company, we encourage you to apply for this role.
Our Core Values

  • Pirate ship, not a cruise ship. Bias towards action.
  • Massive growth takes massive growth. We embrace challenges to increase our impact.
  • Grow the pie. We focus on results so our customers & their customers win. Triple Win!
  • Purple heart. We put the team before ourselves.
  • Extreme ownership. See something? Say something. Right the ship to get us back on course.
  • Be a moment maker. We aim to shatter the status quo.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
