Partnership with Client Success

  • Keep the Client Success team member informed of progress, completion and anything that affects delivery.
  • Raise questions, blockers and issues early, and flag anything that needs additional guidance or escalation.
  • Follow the direction set by Client Success for each account rather than changing client requirements independently.

Process, Quality & Collaboration

  • Follow established workflows, account-specific instructions and task priorities.
  • Maintain a level of excellence across process, documentation, organization and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Client Success, the Content team, Delivery Operations and India Ops to meet client requirements.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
