The Client Support Specialist (CSS) is responsible for successful client coordination, project management and facilitation of overall daily account activity. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, new client implementation, coordination of contract renewals process, coordination of RFP/Vendor Due Diligence requests and general client inquiries as requested by the Client Executive(s). The CSS ensures the seamless execution of account change requests (ACRs) and collaborates with internal resources to uphold all service agreements. This position is required to develop and maintain business relationships with multiple levels of client personnel involved with the State National Companies program.Job Location: Hybrid work arrangement based in Bedford, TX
Role Summary:
The CSS partners with their regional Client Executives and Director, providing support in the following areas:
Assisting them with ACRs, implementation paperwork, special reports, InsurTrak access, requesting training materials and training clients as may be required.
Coordinate contract executions/renewals, programming changes/research, collection of past due invoices, securing underwriting options, issuing meeting invitations and any other assigned projects as requested by the Client Executive.
Manage internal and external requests for information and ensure timely problem resolution.
Proactively identify and implement solutions alongside the Client Executive(s) and Director to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles within the CRM database.
Support client retention efforts by attending all underwriting and At-Risk meetings for assigned region.
Assist with the implementation of new clients and lead all merger and acquisition processes, as requested.
Prepare meeting materials or invitations for client meetings, as requested.
Light Travel, as required.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and assist the Client Executive(s) with reports and data compilation to proactively retain business.
Support the Client Executive team on requests, reports, escalations, core conversions and implementation calls.
Drive account issue resolution as necessary and monitor satisfaction through proactive follow-up.
Work closely with the Client Executive(s) to monitor service agreement dates, keep competitor data and key contact data up to date in CRM.
Foster a collaborative culture that ensures accountability and responsiveness to client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal account service teams and partners to enhance service efficiency.
Successfully facilitate account change requests (ACRs), provide status updates, and communicate progress effectively.
Proactively provide client support when Client Executive(s) are unavailable due to travel or other commitments.
Participate in client meetings, take detailed notes, and manage lender requests for information or project implementation, as requested.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent trade-off of related professional work experience.
Minimum of three years of proven success in client service, preferably within the financial services industry.
Solid knowledge or ability to quickly learn State National Companies products and services.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, plan projects, and meet deadlines with excellent organizational skills.
Capability to interact effectively across multiple levels of the organization and respond promptly to client and internal team needs.
Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in integrating technology into service operations.
Demonstrated strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
