- Handle customer service inquiries via telephone, email, and case management ticketing system from Associations and Unions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Troubleshooting of our AMS system for clients as needed
- Advocate for customers by submitting improvement ideas and supporting other departments through projects and implementation transitions.
- Earned a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Have 1-3+ year’s relevant experience in SaaS solution support
- Can analyze and explain complicated data to our clients
- Understand technology such as MS SQL, HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Eligible candidates reside in one of these states: DC, MD, VA, CA, MI
Compensation
$24.04 USD per hour
This reflects the base salary range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as performance, skills, certification, and experience. The range provided is only one part of the overall compensation package offered to candidates.
