Wealth Without Wall Street / Strategic IBC

Remote | Flexible Hours | Growth OpportunityMost “Remote Jobs” Feel Meaningless. This One Shouldn’t.

Let’s be upfront before you read another word.

If you’re looking for a role where you quietly push paperwork around, forward a few emails, and disappear at the end of the day without making much impact, this probably won’t be the right fit.

But if you’re someone who:

  • genuinely cares about people
  • thrives on organization and communication
  • takes ownership naturally
  • enjoys helping clients feel supported and cared for
  • and wants your work to actually matter…

Because this role matters a lot.

At Wealth Without Wall Street, we help people become financially free faster through education, coaching, and implementation of the Infinite Banking Concept.

We work with business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, and families who are looking for a better way to take control of their financial future outside the traditional Wall Street system.

But there’s a moment in every client journey that can either build trust… or completely erode it.

It’s the underwriting process.

In most insurance environments, underwriting feels cold, confusing, reactive, and transactional.

Clients get overwhelmed.
Communication breaks down.
Cases stall.
Trust starts leaking out of the process.

We refuse to let that become our clients’ experience.

That’s where this role comes in.

You become the calm, proactive guide helping clients navigate a process that often feels intimidating and unfamiliar.

You are the person who:

  • translates complicated carrier requests into clear, human communication
  • follows up before clients have to ask
  • keeps cases moving proactively
  • creates confidence during uncertainty
  • and helps clients feel genuinely cared for throughout the process

This is not just an administrative role.

Outside of the relationship clients have with their coach, this is one of the most important touchpoints in the entire client experience.

You will directly impact:

  • client trust
  • policy placement
  • operational efficiency
  • coach effectiveness
  • and the growth of our company
About Us

At Wealth Without Wall Street, our mission is simple:

We help people who want to become financially free get there faster.

Through education, coaching, and the implementation of the Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), we help business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, and families take greater control of their cash flow, build passive income, and create financial freedom outside the traditional Wall Street system.

We are a fast-growing, people-first company that values:

  • Integrity
  • Ownership
  • Proactive communication
  • Long-term relationships
  • Personal growth
  • Teamwork
  • Gratitude over greed

We believe the formula for financial freedom is simple — but the work to accomplish it requires intentionality, discipline, and great people serving clients at a high level.

We pursue long-lasting relationships based on mutual respect.
We believe in doing what we say we’re going to do.
We practice what we preach.
We are proactive in learning and gaining understanding.
We challenge conventional wisdom and embrace technologies that help us better serve our clients.
And we believe that “fine” is an F-word in our industry.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
