  • Translate and deliver key benefits communications, marketing materials, and presentations in Spanish
  • Support Account Managers with post-sale implementations, ongoing account servicing, and engagement campaigns
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, meeting notes, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for client and broker meetings, including scheduling and prep
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to tailor messaging and materials for specific client groups
  • Stay up to date on product offerings, compliance updates, and market trends to provide accurate information
  • Identify and escalate member or client issues as needed to internal teams (e.g., Member Care, Product, Compliance)

What You'll Bring

  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)
  • Florida 2-15 license (required)
  • Must reside in the state of Florida
  • Willingness to travel 50–75% (including some overnight travel across Florida and Georgia)
  • 1–2+ years of experience in client success, account coordination, health insurance, or employee benefits (preferred)
  • Experience leading benefit or open enrollment meetings (highly preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — confident speaking to groups and individuals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, G-Suite, and Slack (bonus points for experience with Salesforce or similar platforms)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university

What You'll Get

  • Competitive salary, bonus opportunity, and equity package
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits
  • A 401k retirement plan
  • Paid vacation and company holidays
  • Opportunity to make an impact at a rapidly growing mission-driven company transforming healthcare in the U.S.

In taking a market-based approach to compensation, base pay may vary depending on location. Additionally, base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related skills and experience. The current expected salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $65,000.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
