About the Role
At Tibersoft, Client Success Managers (CSMs) are not just account managers—they are strategic partners, insight generators, and trusted advisors. As part of our Professional Services team, CSMs play a critical role in delivering measurable value to our clients in the Food Away from Home industry, from implementation through ongoing usage and expansion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, translating data into insights, and driving client impact through high-touch, proactive engagement.

Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership
- Own the strategic direction for assigned accounts, focusing on client business outcomes.
- Develop a 3-layer relationship strategy to engage power users, functional leaders, and executive sponsors with tailored communication and insight delivery.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with executive-ready content that highlights business outcomes and ROI.
Insight & Value Delivery
- Proactively analyze client data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for value creation.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing to reinforce themes and deliver insights that drive commercial engagement.
- Conduct regular analyses of top user pain points and turn them into value-driving service or dashboard opportunities.
White-Glove Client Experience
- Deliver exceptional, responsive support that builds trust and deepens relationships across all levels of the client organization.
- Serve as an escalation point for data discrepancies or gaps, partnering with Support and the Associate CSM to ensure clients have confidence in the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of their reporting.
- Provide tailored user training and host client best practice sharing sessions on timely topics.
- Identify and champion strategic use cases for Tibersoft to elevate the platform from tactical tool to strategic asset.
Project Management
- Lead cross-functional teams of Tibersoft and client resources to implement solutions on time and to specification.
- Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones with a strong focus on proactive communication and risk mitigation.
- Draft and support the development of project proposals, statements of work, interface requirements, and implementation plans.
- Identify, quantify, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining accountability for quality and client satisfaction.
Growth & Expansion
- Identify new opportunities for upsell, expansion, and B2B services based on evolving client needs and usage patterns.
- Actively contribute to Tibersoft's net-new pipeline through client referrals and strategic relationship development.
- Support Sales and Product teams by capturing user feedback and business challenges that inform roadmap and service offerings.
Internal Contributions
- Actively stay current on industry developments, building relationships with peers, partners, competitors, and potential M&A targets. Develop a professional voice and presence within the Food Away from Home industry through networking, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership.
- Contribute to content creation (case studies, testimonials, user success stories) in partnership with Marketing.
- Continuously develop skills through training, cross-functional collaboration, and personal brand building on platforms like LinkedIn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in SaaS, consulting, or foodservice manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
- Demonstrated success in managing strategic accounts and delivering client impact.
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines & working in a cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), data visualization tools, or business intelligence platforms a plus.
- Deep knowledge of the Food Away from Home industry or adjacent sectors preferred.
- Proven project management skills with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple deadlines and deliver implementation projects to a successful conclusion.
- Open to travel.
