As a Client Success Director on the Large Enterprise Advertising Team in Boston, you’ll play a vital role in managing and growing a portfolio of high-value advertiser accounts. Reporting to the Head of Industry, you will drive strategic account growth, optimize long-term partnerships, and establish best practices for account management. Your role will focus on deepening client

relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and maximizing revenue opportunities

within existing accounts.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • 8+ years of online advertising experience and proven results in a customer-facing role, building strong, long-term relationships with Enterprise customers.
  • An ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, including product, legal, finance, professional services and marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and and the ability to learn quickly
  • A true passion for online content and in-depth knowledge of web marketing
  • An eye for commercial success - identifying opportunities for upsells, and optimizing your clients’ campaigns.
Bonus points if you have:
  • History of mapping out strategic account plans
  • Experience upselling/cross-selling with a quota
  • Experience of buying Taboola, for a publisher or a brand/agency
How you’ll make an impact:

As a Client Success Director you’ll bring value by:

  • Driving growth within existing accounts by identifying new opportunities, upselling, and optimizing client partnerships.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their business goals.
  • Defining and implementing best practices for account management, ensuring a structured and scalable approach to client success.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations) to align on client needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitoring account performance and market trends, providing insights to improve client outcomes and refine our offerings.
  • Leading renewal and expansion efforts, ensuring long-term retention and continued revenue growth.
  • Mentoring and supporting account managers, sharing expertise in client success strategies, relationship management, and account optimization.
  • Managing and developing an Associate Account Manager and Advertising Account Associate by fostering their growth into a future AM role while leveraging their support for large proposals, events, and outreach initiatives.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert within your vertical, collaborating with the Head of Industry to drive alignment and achieve top-tier results in this high-expectation role.

The pay and commission offered may vary depending on several factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We may offer several perks as part of the compensation package that include a discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) match, paid parental leave, and more.

$125,200$135,200 USD
Base Salary + OTE Pay Range
$198,000$208,000 USD
