Work Details:

●  Location: Remote - US or Canada

●  Work Hours: Core hours, local time:  9am - 5pm.

●  Salary Range: $100k - $140k

Role summary:

We are looking for an experienced account leader to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Reporting to VP, Client Success, you will be key in retaining, growing and diversifying the value delivered to our clients, ultimately growing Incubeta revenue as a result. You will be the lynchpin between specialist teams, ensuring the clients needs and objectives are priority as projects are delivered. You are a marketer, who is strategy focused, sales-minded and demonstrates effective leadership of your clients and the teams who work with you. This team sits within the US region. 

 Key Responsibilities:

Growth/Commercials

  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to grow client accounts, driving revenue growth for both the client and Incubeta. Coordinate negotiations with clients to create joint business plans, learning agendas and have deep understanding of clients' business and media objectives. 
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability. Develops well-articulated briefs to solve client business problems and leads the team to deliver the objectives of the brief.   
  • Business Contribution: Support senior leadership with executive summaries and contributing to financial forecasts, recommendations for scopes, pricing and contract terms. Create and foster a collaborative and high-performance environment. 

Relationship Management, Partnership Building, and Client Satisfaction

  • Client Strategy: Demonstrate thought leadership and marketing expertise to guide clients toward success for their business. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships while acting as the primary point of contact
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the client's advocate within Incubeta, ensuring their needs and objectives are met throughout the project lifecycle. Redirects conversations towards outcomes instead of output by articulating the value exchange.
  • Value Based Planning: Develop and execute strategic growth plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable impact to their business.
  • Innovation & Competitive Edge: Lead the continuous improvement of client deliverables and processes by staying informed on the latest industry trends, market shifts, competitor contexts and emerging technologies, ensuring the implementation of innovative practices

Quality of Incubeta Brand, Service and Team

  • Marketing Expertise: Bring the best of Incubeta solutions to clients as appropriate for their life-stage. Use your knowledge of marketing principles and effectiveness to respectfully challenge and put briefs into context.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with specialist teams (media, creative, data, technology) to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Orchestrate internal support for the client and Incubeta to solve high level strategic challenges and deliver against targets day to day.
  • World Class Delivery Quality: Ensure all client deliverables are of the highest quality, demonstrating value to the client with strategic consideration to ‘the why’. Proactively surface opportunities for case studies and industry leading work in order to make Incubeta and our clients famous.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Specifically, own the “Why Incubeta” conversation with clients and external partners. Proactively pick-up on signals to promote and introduce Incubeta solutions that will positively impact client satisfaction, business impact and generate net-new revenue opportunities for the business.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or recent industry recognized qualifications (i.e. IPA, MBA, Brand Management, Mini MBA in Marketing, Effectiveness Training, etc)
  • Fluent in Marketing effectiveness and evidence based marketing research principles
  • Minimum 6 years experience in digital marketing, in account management or a related client success role
  • Minimum of two years experience leading as the key account stakeholder
  • Agency experience is a must
  • A true people person - comfortable with collaboration and can build external and internal relationships with cross-functional teams (Sales/Consultants/Ad Operations)
  • Experience working across multiple media capabilities (Search, Social, Display, CTV etc)

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with clients delivering integrated marketing solutions, spanning media, creative and data projects
  • Strong relationships with Google and other media partners
  • Well versed in Google Marketing Platform technology
  • Demonstrated project management and process experience (i.e. Monday.com, ASANA, Lumina etc)
