Heartbeat Health is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Client Success Associate to join our growing team!
About the Role:
- This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into digital health and client success. As a Client Success Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting operational workflows that enable high-quality, timely cardiovascular care. This role is task-oriented, cross-functional, and ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and making a direct impact on patient experience.
You Will:
- Support clients across a range of issues, including onboarding, issue management, retention, technical solutioning, and satisfaction.
- Gather client and product feedback and share key insights with internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and partner with other stakeholders to implement them to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, and product teams to flag and ensure timely and appropriate follow-up on potential issues.
- Help identify and escalate issues that may impact the client, patients, and/or delay care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across internal systems and platforms.
- Establish relationships as a trusted partner to both internal and external stakeholders, helping to ensure that clients realize the value of Heartbeat’s offerings.
About You:
- 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in a healthcare or administrative setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills—you thrive in a task-heavy, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable navigating EMRs and working with data (bonus if you’ve used ECW, Athena or similar systems).
- Tech-savvy and a quick learner when it comes to new tools or systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail—you’re someone who catches the small things before they become big problems.
- MA experience is a plus.
- Collaborative, curious, and solution-oriented.
- A sense of humor and a positive, team-first attitude
