Client Solutions Manager

Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

Become an expert by specializing in at least one WCA area, demonstrating mastery through diligent ownership of updating all relevant documentation pertaining to the feature/process.

Through thorough discovery, foster a deep understanding of the client’s existing state, encompassing their current CDH platform and plans, product offerings, integration points, and organizational structure.

Ensure diverse testing coverage for solution designs, work with the team in brainstorming tailored testing strategies, and oversee client-led testing activities for superb execution.

Lead collaboration with the development team to draft high-level designs for all custom solutions and code requirements with precision and expertise.

Offer guidance and support to the Data Conversion Team as they plan conversions, ensuring smooth sailing by overseeing data and functionality mapping.

Team up with the project manager and fellow client solutions managers to outline project scope, establish implementation timelines, contribute to crafting project plans, and identify staffing requirements.

Abilities: Ability to know and understand the U.S. healthcare system and the operations of health plans.

Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services, financial operations, software operations, or related fields. Experience with project management and successful competition of project-based tasks required.

Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science required.

Location: Maitland, FL; Boston, MA; Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid).
