🚀 Client Solutions Manager

Role Overview:
As a Client Solutions Manager, you’ll be the linchpin between our clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns align perfectly with client and Kyra’s goals. Your focus will be on fostering trust-based relationships, crafting tailored solutions, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management 🤝

  • Build and Maintain Trust: Serve as the primary contact for clients, cultivating strong relationships to enhance confidence in our platform.
  • Lead with Insight: Analyze client feedback and campaign data to develop strategies that exceed expectations.

Solution Building & Communication 🎯

  • Anticipate and Address Needs: Identify potential client concerns early, delivering clear communication. Act as the link between talent, campaign teams, and clients to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Comms Wizard: Excel in crafting clear, structured, and impactful communication across various formats.
  • Lead Post-Campaign Reporting: Create comprehensive post-campaign reports, collaborate with the measurement team, and present insights confidently.

Solution-Driven Focus 🔍

  • Understand Client Needs: Work closely with clients to uncover real objectives beyond surface-level KPIs.
  • Resolve Challenges: Devise solutions that balance client goals with Kyra’s objectives.

Growth & Retention 📈

  • Manage Strategic Accounts: Oversee and expand key accounts, identifying opportunities for optimization and satisfaction.
  • Client Insights: Understand stakeholder measurements to guide campaigns effectively.

Project Management 📊

  • Oversee Multiple Projects: Manage 6-8 client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality campaign elements.
  • Predict and Analyze Performance: Use numerical literacy to forecast outcomes, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 3+ years in digital, PR, or advertising—preferably in influencer marketing.
  • Platform Native & Social Savvy: Passion for major social platforms, particularly TikTok, to build client trust and stay ahead of trends.
  • Trend-Obsessed: Knowledge of the latest social media trends and innovations.
  • Data Literate: Proficient in analyzing and communicating campaign performance.
  • Solution-Oriented: Quick to identify and resolve issues, balancing client and business objectives.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional narrative crafting and structured messaging skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like Google Apps, MS Office, and more.
  • Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Excellent at managing multiple projects with precision in a remote setting.
