Role Overview
As a Account Manager at Kyra, you’re a trusted client partner, operational driver, and creative problem-solver. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring excellence across every touchpoint.
Reporting into the Head of Client Solutions, you’ll be responsible for retaining and growing Kyra’s clients, through the seamless delivery of high-performing creator activations, fostering strong client relationships and identifying solutions that drive impact.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks two steps ahead, and knows how to turn strategy into action.
What You’ll Be Doing
💡 Strategic Relationship Leadership
- Act as a Day-to-Day Lead for multiple brand clients, building trust and driving long-term value.
- Be the Voice of the Client Internally: Translate client needs into action plans and rally cross-functional teams to deliver impact.
- Bring Foresight and Focus: Identify opportunities to expand our accounts through new geographies, product lines, or creative solutions.
🎯 Solution Crafting & Communication
- Lead with Strategy: Turn insights, campaign results, and client feedback into meaningful recommendations that align with brand goals.
- Communicate with Precision: Deliver executive-ready updates, decks, and reports that are clear, compelling, and actionable.
- Own Reporting: Partner with our Strategy and Product team to present performance insights vs KPIs that don’t just summarize the past—but inform what’s next.
🔍 End-to-End Execution Oversight
- Drive Accountability: Own timelines, deliverables, and the final product—ensuring everything is on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.
- Champion Excellence: Push internal teams to go beyond the brief and consistently deliver industry-leading work.
- Problem-Solve with Agility: Anticipate roadblocks and drive quick, thoughtful solutions that keep momentum strong.
📈 Growth & Retention Strategy
- Directly Impact Client Retention (Net Revenue Retention): You’ll be responsible for retaining and growing your account(s) quarter-over-quarter by identifying and activating upsell opportunities, building trust, and retaining client investment.
- Understand What Moves the Needle: Align campaign strategy to key client objectives and stakeholder success metrics, so performance directly supports retention and growth.
- Deliver Long-Term Value: You don’t just hit goals, you build relationships that deepen over time.
📊 Project & People Management
- Run High-Impact Campaigns: Own large-scale programs from kickoff to wrap, ensuring seamless internal collaboration and flawless delivery.
- Lead with Data: Forecast outcomes, track performance, and use insights to inform both immediate actions and longer-term strategy.
What You Bring
🔑 Advanced Client Solutions Expertise
- 3–5 years of experience executing influencer marketing activations or client-facing account management in the creator or social media space
- Expertise in creator ecosystems, platform dynamics (especially TikTok and Instagram), and content performance metrics
📈 Strategic Growth Mindset
- Proven success managing and growing accounts, especially through expansion opportunities that directly impact revenue retention
- Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of how to influence Quarterly Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through both strategic execution and relationship building
✍️ Communication & Relationship Mastery
- Ability to craft and deliver high-impact messages across formats and audiences, from day-to-day client contacts to senior stakeholders
- A natural rapport-builder who knows how to guide, align, and advocate
