Client Solutions Consultant

About your role:

As a Client Solutions Consultant in the Global Solution Consulting organization, you will help clients identify solutions that align to their business goals, operational needs, and compliance requirements. You will partner with sales, proposal management, product, and technology teams to develop solution recommendations that support client outcomes, strengthen client relationships, and help Fiserv deliver on its commitments.

What you'll do:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, operational challenges, and solution requirements
  • Develop and present tailored solution recommendations aligned to client needs, product capabilities, cost considerations, and compliance requirements
  • Support internal partners across the sales cycle, including sales, proposal management, and product teams, to advance solution design and client decision-making
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to evaluate solution options, identify gaps, and inform future development opportunities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Fiserv solutions within client discussions and internal planning activities
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on solution capabilities, implementation considerations, and modernization opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for clients to expand use of payment product capabilities that support business growth and operational efficiency
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned; responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in client consulting, solution consulting, financial services, or a related field supporting client-facing business and technology solutions
  • Experience working with financial institution operations, ACH processing, draft processing, online banking, consumer lending, commercial lending, or related banking environments
  • Experience building relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to assess needs, recommend solutions, and drive aligned outcomes
  • Experience presenting business and technical solutions through written proposals, client presentations, and stakeholder discussions

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience generating revenue growth for clients by identifying opportunities to expand payment product capabilities
  • Experience providing consulting recommendations that support system enhancements and modernization initiatives
  • Knowledge of Fiserv Core Processing Platforms or Surround Solutions
  • Experience working across product and technology teams to shape future solution offerings
  • Bachelor’s degree

How you'll work:

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel: This role requires frequent travel (30-50%).

Salary Range

$100,000.00 - $162,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
