Job Description:
Bring your creative agency account experience to join our growing Network Solutions team as a Client Solutions Associate! This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative campaign management and client collaboration, and has creative advertising agency experience.
As a CSA, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, on-brand campaigns that connect patients with the care they need. You’ll support end-to-end campaign execution, from concept through launch and reporting, working cross-functionally to ensure campaigns launch on time and client needs are met. You’ll combine your organizational and communication skills with a creative eye and problem-solving mindset to ensure every deliverable is executed flawlessly, every timeline stays on track, and every campaign delivers measurable impact.
What you'll do:
Campaign & Creative Execution
Support end-to-end campaign development, from kickoff to post-launch reporting.
Lead or assist in creative reviews, coordinating with internal teams to ensure layouts, messaging, and visuals align with client goals and brand standards.
Manage Ziflow reviews, including transferring comments, marking up PDFs, and supporting layout and development updates.
Conduct brand research and gather insights on therapeutic areas, audiences, and competitors to inform campaign messaging.
Client & Internal Collaboration
Contribute to client communication, presentations, and optimizations.
Draft client meeting agendas, recap notes, and internal communication summaries to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Proactively read and translate client emails into clear internal action items, routing feedback to the right teams.
Participate in and occasionally lead internal campaign calls; take notes and track follow-ups for campaign managers.
Campaign Reporting & Optimization
Complete the first review of monthly campaign reports; identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Create or support the development of monthly reporting decks and internal performance updates.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree
1–2+ years of experience in advertising account or client services, marketing, or creative project management
Healthcare, tech, and/or pharma experience in a digital creative ad agency preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to catch inconsistencies or quality gaps before delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally and ability to speak up in a crowded room.
Basic understanding of marketing campaign principles, creative review workflows, and reporting processes
Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Proficient in Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
Familiar with workflow/review tools: Jira, Monday.com, Ziflow, etc. (or similar)
Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.
Ability and willingness to travel for occasional in-person team meetings (approximately 10% annually)
Base pay for US is $70,000- $80,000, depending on qualifications. Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.
