***This position is an on-site role based out of our Boston, MA office.***

In this role, you will…

  • Effectively plan, prioritize, and drive multiple tasks to timely, accurate completion with minimal oversight

  • Take full ownership of assigned work, proactively identifying needs, solving problems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

  • Maintain focus and composure in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities without sacrificing quality or professionalism

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and client interactions with a high level of professionalism

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support including file management, contact and database maintenance, invoicing, and general office support

  • Support the creation and execution of proposals, presentations, correspondence, and RFPs using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Administer, edit, and maintain marketing and business collateral independently and in coordination with the Marketing team

  • Conduct research and prepare content for proposals, surveys, lease documents and comparative analyses

  • Research Life Science companies, tenants, and market activity, including lease comps and velocity tracking

  • Serve as the social media lead for the Life Science team

What you’ll bring…

  • Minimum of five (5) years administrative or team support experience in a professional services environment

  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment

  • A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to stay focused, adaptable, and constructive in all situations

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, follow through, and get work across the finish line

  • Excellent organizational, time management, proofreading, and multitasking skills

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • A customer service mindset and the ability to work effectively with a range of personalities, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and resilience

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems; comfort with data tracking tools

  • A Bachelor’s degree a plus

  • Commercial real estate experience a plus

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $27.00 to $39.62 USD per hour.

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Benefits

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 sick days and a minimum of 15 vacation days annually.  Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off.  Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year.  Employees may also be permitted up to 4-12 weeks of paid parental leave depending on eligibility criteria. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance
