The Client Relations Team Specialist serves as a resource to clients and personally provides prompt, efficient and high-quality service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to incoming client service requests for small to large accounts Process endorsements Issues new business Answer client questions regarding coverage Remarkets accounts as needed KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to learn appropriate insurance company and firm software programs. Capable of typing a minimum of 55 words per minute. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Takes initiative to contribute as a proactive and determined professional. Uses accuracy and thoroughness while completing job responsibilities. Demonstrates the firm’s behavioral tenets, exuding behavior that is aligned with the corporate culture. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Current State Insurance License, as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide client services as necessary in states where the firm functions or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment. OTHER: Fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
