The Client Partner is responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction, requiring extensive sales experience and strong analytical skills.
As a senior sales executive at Zaelab, our Client Partners are focused on acquiring new logos, client relationship management, growth and overall client satisfaction. In this role, your creativity in strategic thinking and your ability to craft unique solutions will be key to engaging prospective clients, understanding their specific needs, and demonstrating how our offerings can provide unparalleled value.
Your Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential new customers in our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) which consist of companies in Manufacturing, Life Sciences and High Tech. This includes prospecting, lead generation, qualification, building a robust sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that aligns with Zaelab’s growth goals. This includes bookings and revenue goals, forecasting and analyzing market trends.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies. This includes regular client meetings, pursuits, presentations and QBRs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Practice Leads and Delivery resources to ensure our clients needs are met and to create compelling sales propositions.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Regularly update HubSpot with pipeline updates and bookings forecast. Ability to accurately forecast revenue and consistently achieve the set targets.
- Sales Process: Strong understanding on how to lead, qualify and close new logos including owning the end-to-end sales process leveraging internal teams as needed.
- Intangibles: Drive, Passion and Curiosity EVERY day.
- Proven Excellence: 10+ years of high-performance sales experience, particularly in consultative solutions for enterprise customers.
- Strategic Insight: 5+ years managing large accounts within digital, e-commerce, management consulting, or complex systems integration solutions.
- Analytical Precision: Strong data-driven selling experience with a track record of using sales processes and analytics to achieve predictable revenue.
- Relentless Drive: An entrepreneurial spirit with high energy and motivation, eager to take on challenges and relentlessly pursue objectives.
- Inquisitive Mind: A natural curiosity, demonstrated by your ability to ask insightful questions and listen deeply to understand client needs.

- Domain Expertise: Desired experience in Commerce, CPQ, Guided-Selling, PIM/PCM/MDM, Search, Web Analytics, UX, and related fields.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your message to a wide range of audiences.
- Independent & Proactive: Self-motivated and assertive, capable of reacting quickly, assessing situations, and resolving issues with creativity and professionalism.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using tools like Hubspot to manage sales and accounts effectively.
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s Degree required.
