Job Purpose

As a GTM Sales Consultant at Astound Digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic client relationships and unlocking new growth opportunities. You will leverage your expertise in retail, commerce, core Salesforce solutions, and the health & life sciences industry to connect with clients, understand their unique business challenges, and deliver tailored digital solutions. In this role you’ll get to:

Foster Client Growth & Acquisition

  1. Be the catalyst for new business opportunities, leveraging our suite of services to address client needs and drive revenue growth.
  2. Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding our client portfolio while maximizing value.
  3. Lead the charge in developing and executing sales strategies, guiding your team through every step to ensure successful outcomes.
  4. Craft customized growth strategies backed by data-driven insights, setting the stage for client success and long-term partnerships.
  5. Drive client business planning sessions, aligning objectives and identifying growth pathways for mutual benefit.

Ensure Retention and Renewal

  • Secure renewals with enhanced terms and profitability, demonstrating the ongoing value of our solutions.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships built on trust and satisfaction, understanding client goals and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.

Cultivate Meaningful Relationships

  • Become a trusted advisor by understanding client objectives, challenges, and industry dynamics.
  • Forge strong connections with key stakeholders, maintaining clear communication channels and fostering mutual understanding.
  • Keep clients informed on the latest industry trends, competitive insights, and best practices, providing invaluable guidance along their journey.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Expertise in retail, commerce, health & life sciences, and core Salesforce solutions, with the ability to align client needs with industry-specific best practices.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other eCommerce platforms, as well as sales productivity tools.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including customization, integrations, and third-party applications.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce product offerings, with the ability to position solutions effectively within the retail, commerce, and health & life sciences industries.
  • Established, referenceable relationships with key stakeholders within Salesforce.
  • Experience selling professional services or broader eCommerce solutions, with a focus on driving digital transformation for clients.
