Job Description

Summary of Position

The Client Operations Manager is primarily assigned to assist the Client Manager in handling the relationship of mid-large strategic clients based on the needs of the client and client management team.  The Client Operations Associate will work in partnership with the Client Management team, internal stakeholders and the client to ensure the highest utilization and satisfaction of the Teladoc Health products is achieved while working to handle requests specific to strategic initiatives. 

The position requires an individual who maintains excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills, along with the ability to mobilize internal resources to maximize the client experience. 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Accountable for resolution and execution of day-to-day client strategic requests and initiatives. Collaborate with client management on RFP’s and client renewals.  Manage client reporting demands while maintaining the ability to evaluate and address related questions.  Manage incentive file setups, marketing campaigns, client benefit fairs, and references.  Work with appropriate internal partners to manage information security requests as well as facilitate eligibility file vendor changes.  Coordinate client meetings with the ability to drive client discussions. Assist with coordination of client business reviews. Work collectively with the Client Management team to assist with client strategy, sales efforts, and client retention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a secondary point of contact to clients
  • Develop an established relationship with key client contacts, the Client Management team, and other internal business partners
  • Support the Client Management team with strategic initiatives
  • Ensure expectations are set appropriately related to open tasks to all parties
  • Secure successful execution and resolution of client needs and requests
  • Capability to recognize and manage the nuances of all market segments
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • Stellar customer service skills
  • Dedication and willingness to manage to fruition, a high volume of client requests and expectation of proactive outreach to help clients meet their goals
  • Quality focused with ability to meet deadlines and multitask
  • Clear and effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with excellent analysis and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to perform root cause analysis, critical thinking and resolve conflict
  • Team oriented, with ability to work individually when needed
  • Advanced PC proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
  • Teladoc and/or Livongo product and healthcare industry knowledge
  • Associate/bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years within a client management capacity

The base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 - $57,000.00In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
