Aesthetix CRM, a leading provider of customer relationship management solutions for aesthetic practices, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Onboarding Manager to join our team. As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients have a seamless onboarding process and a successful transition into using our software solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, manage onboarding tasks, and provide ongoing support and training to ensure their success. Individuals with a high sense or urgency and project management experience will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including conducting up to 4 client meetings, gathering requirements, and setting expectations.
  • Develop and maintain standard onboarding processes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
  • Provide training and support to clients to help them optimize their use of our software solutions.
  • Address client concerns or issues during the onboarding process and escalate to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Monitor client progress during onboarding and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Proactively communicate with clients and their agencies to provide updates and gather feedback to ensure onboarding timelines are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with product enhancements and industry best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer onboarding or implementation management role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in the CRM or software industry preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM software and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
