The Client Manager partners with clients to support implementation, success, and expansion of Symplicity solutions, focusing on Fortune 1000 clients. Responsibilities include problem-solving, client advisory, and collaboration across teams.
Client & Implementation Manager
The Client Manager will partner with clients through the lifecycle supporting implementation, ongoing success and continued expansion of their use of Symplicity solutions. This specific role will focus on the corporate clients of our business specifically the Fortune 1000 and beyond customer base. You will not only be a solution expert, but maintain strong business and analytical skills to unpack various client challenges and act as their trusted advisor in the implementation of these projects. The role will have you working closely across functional areas to ensure that that our team is responding to client challenges and performing at the highest possible levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong solution fluency / technical skills
- Detail oriented; problem solving skills
- Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interest in the Higher Education space
