Join Goodwin’s Global Operations Team, and make a real impact on a global scale. At Goodwin, we work with some of the world’s most successful and innovative investors, entrepreneurs and disruptors in the life sciences, private equity, real estate, technology and financial industries, and where they converge. As part of the Global Operations Team – all business professionals at the firm – you’ll collaborate with colleagues from varied backgrounds and experiences, fostering an environment where cross-functional learning, networking, and collaboration are at the core of what we do.
Here, we’re not just supporting a law firm; we’re partnering with attorneys and clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions in high-stakes litigation and dispute resolution, world-class regulatory compliance and advisory services, and complex transactions. Our commitment to integrity, ingenuity, agility, and ambition drives us, and we’re proud to have been recognised as the “Best Business Team” by The American Lawyer.
This is your opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic, global environment, surrounded by forward-thinking peers.

In this role, you will be a true partner to the Tech Client Development Team, spearheading content creation and collaborating with practice group leaders and lawyers on go-to-market strategies. Your efforts will help us enhance our brand positioning and develop both existing and new client relationships.
What You Will Do:
Develop content for pitches, RFPs, and other marketing collateral for client opportunities and meetings. Ensure practice group, industry descriptions, web content, matter lists, case studies, and other marketing materials are compelling, accurate and up to date.
Conduct in-depth research and competitive analysis across technology markets, industries, client segments, and event opportunities to provide strategic insights that strengthen business development and growth initiatives.
Monitor and analyze activity across key clients and prospects. Evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives across the firm and recommend strategies to enhance engagement and impact.
Manage contacts and mailing lists in Microsoft Dynamics, leveraging the firm’s suite of CRM tools and prepare relationship-mapping reports to identify opportunities for strengthening existing client relationships and cultivating prospective ones.
Work with the firm’s Awards & Rankings team to create targeted, strategic submissions for practice-related and attorney rankings, surveys and awards, including Chambers and Legal 500, and other industry/geographic/attorney-specific awards.
Support thought leadership campaigns, including project management and mining of campaign data for business development opportunities.
