The Opportunity...
We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-driven Client Concierge (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through outbound prospecting, email campaigns, and cold calling. This role is a crucial part of the sales pipeline and the first step in our customer engagement process.
This role blends customer service, account management, and a consultative buyer's journey, ensuring every client feels heard, understood, and able to make an educated decision around the tools needed to help their business succeed. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about helping small and mid-sized businesses.
How You'll Contribute...
Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and inbound inquiries
Research and identify key decision-makers and companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Set up qualified meetings and demos for the Account Executives (AEs)
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach with current campaigns
Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and meetings set
Continuously learn about our products, value propositions, and industry trends
What We're Looking For...
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
0–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (tech/SaaS experience is a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfort with outbound calling and handling objections
Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.
A growth mindset with the desire to learn and grow into a closing sales role
Bonus Points...
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
Prior experience in a B2B or SaaS environment
Knowledge of sales methodologies like SPIN, MEDDIC, or BANT

This is a hybrid position, employees are expected to work from our Charlestown, MA office every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
