The Client Advisor serves as the primary contact for customers, facilitating communication via various channels while providing excellent customer service and support.

The Client Advisor's role is a unique combination of skills and capabilities, but in short, you will be the face of STROLID and the Dealers we represent. Since STROLID does not meet customers face-to-face and our process is entirely online you will have flexibility with hours, , and great pay!

This is not a call center or telemarketing job. Customer Champion’s communicate through phone, email, chat, text, and Facebook Messenger. NO COLD CALLING. Customers are expecting to hear from us.
Requirements
Candidates must be customer service orientated with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 40 hours per week. Our scheduling is very flexible; however, we do require you to work two weekends per month and two nights per week.
• We love night owls and pay more if you are willing to work nights!

• Once trained, employees can work from home as long as you are accountable and productive.
• Tech-savvy. Comfortable and able to navigate multiple systems, learn new tools, and effectively troubleshoot.
• Must have own computer and hi-speed Internet access.
• Proficient with communication technology. We communicate with customers through the phone, email, text, chat, Facebook messenger, and more.
• The ability and willingness to learn new things and then apply that learning to perform successfully in the role
• Have a sense of humor and like to have fun.
• Dependable and likes to put in a solid day of work.
• Display critical thinking and ability to make appropriate judgment calls where needed
• Bilingual speakers A PLUS
• High School Diploma/Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Previous retail, automotive, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Have a passion for the work we do and the impact we are making within our industry
• Have heightened attention to detail, being able to anticipate the customer's needs
