Drive Operational Transformation for Growing Businesses

We're seeking a Client Accounting Onboarding Specialist to lead implementation and transformation engagements that help clients modernize operations, improve workflows, and build scalable accounting and business processes.

This role combines project leadership, process improvement, technology enablement, and client advisory services. You'll partner with business owners, finance leaders, and internal teams to evaluate challenges, design practical solutions, lead implementation efforts, and guide successful transitions into long-term support models.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead client onboarding, implementation, and operational improvement engagements from discovery through transition.
  • Partner with clients to assess current processes, identify opportunities, and develop solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
  • Evaluate accounting and operational workflows and recommend improvements that support stronger business outcomes.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and implementation activities.
  • Facilitate discovery meetings, planning sessions, training workshops, and project updates.
  • Help clients adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working that support long-term success.
  • Collaborate with internal professionals and external partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Develop implementation plans, workflow documentation, process maps, and training resources.
  • Provide proactive recommendations that improve operational effectiveness, support growth initiatives, and reduce process inefficiencies.
  • Identify opportunities to connect clients with additional Rehmann services and specialists that support their evolving needs.
  • Contribute to the development of implementation methodologies, best practices, and scalable service offerings.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, process improvement strategies, and industry trends that can create additional value for clients.

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, consulting, business operations, project management, implementation services, process improvement, or related fields.
