Responsibilities:

  • Establish and sustain the Operational Excellence GROWTTH structure, culture, and activities globally.

  • Support strategic projects within the organization to develop operational excellence and foster the GROWTTH mindset and culture.

  • Promote Operational Excellence and GROWTTH at the highest organizational levels, focusing on continuous improvement.

  • Lead, facilitate, and participate in strategic projects like kaizens, training, improvement planning, and mentoring Black Belt candidates and the OpEx/GROWTTH community.

  • Support corporate assessments and site evaluations to identify and guide improvement opportunities within the organization.

  • Guide global Subject Matter Experts in updating and standardizing methodologies, corporate GROWTTH documents, and materials.

  • Facilitate the exchange of best practices across the organization and provide special training as requested by SBUs, CLF, sites, and leadership.

  • Participate in Operational Excellence and GROWTTH/CVF status meetings, CVF Expert Support, and ensure cost savings and activity reporting are maintained regionally. Additionally, assist with special requests, communication, program development, and other duties as directed by leadership.

  • Travel Requirements: 40-50%.

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS in Engineering, Business, Management, or an equivalent combination of education and proven experience.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in applying sustainability in manufacturing.

  • Black Belt certification to be achieved within 12 months, and Master Black Belt certification within 18 months, depending on the role focus (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Systems, Lean Admin, Sustainability).

  • Strategic inclination and skills in effective change management.

  • Proven experience in developing training programs and demonstrating excellent training and coaching skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including some international travel, with little to no advance notice.

  • Proven excellence in people skills, adaptiveness to change, influence without authority, organization, communication, and leadership, including mentoring and coaching
