If you have Claim experience and enjoy coaching, mentoring, and teaching others, we’d like you to join the Claims/Ops Learning & Development team! You’ll design, develop, and deliver training through a variety of methods, including virtual and in-person. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of claims and a passion for teaching and public speaking. If you’re a great communicator, a natural leader, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, you might be a great fit! Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate high-impact training courses, employee up-skilling, and professional development programs.
Partner with key stakeholders to identify and assess Learning & Development needs across business units, departments, and the organization. Leveraging input to define and enrich curriculum.
Develop innovative and user-focused training materials, including reference guides and on-demand learning.
Create learning solutions to meet our changing environment and support business objectives; foster an environment that engages and inspires learners
Collaborate with subject matter experts and external resources to enhance staff technical performance.
Assess training effectiveness, seeking feedback from learners and their managers while partnering with leadership to elevate, imagine, and implement new training opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Passionate about adult learning and continuing development.
Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Comfortable presenting to large and small groups in-person and virtually.
Solid understanding of claim and insurance principles and practices.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
The ability to adapt, think critically, and be flexible working with others.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related experience.
2 + years technical claim experience or 2+ years of prior training experience.
