What you can expect as a Business Process Manager for Claims:

  • Provide leadership and direction for the process specialist team by setting goals, objectives, and priorities, including system enhancements needed.
  • Ensure claim process initiatives are aligned with the latest technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with senior leadership within the organization to drive enhancements and improvements for the claims department.
  • Create and implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Implement risk management strategies to ensure successful innovation outcomes.

What we are looking for as Business Process Manager for Claims:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Informatics, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims management and employee management, as well as process improvement required
  • Property and Casualty Insurance industry claims experience preferred
  • Guidewire Claims Center
    experience preferred
  • Knowledge of statutory requirements

Certifications/Licenses we are looking for:

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
  • FL Adjusters license 6-20 required within 1 month of start date
