In this role, you will represent a world-class portfolio of brands—including Kravet, Lee Jofa, Groundworks, GP & J Baker, Brunschwig & Fils, and Donghia—delivering tailored design solutions directly to top residential interior designers. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, you will collaborate closely with our Boston showroom team to build lasting relationships and drive strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated and driven to hit targets, with a proven ability to work independently while driving territory success.

  • Relationship Builder: Professional, outgoing, and positive demeanor with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Tech-Fluent: Proficient in Google Workspace, social media platforms, and CRM client management systems.

  • Collaborative Spirit: A high-energy team player who thrives working independently in the field while maintaining close connection to leadership and showroom staff.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in rewarding proactive sales efforts and commitment to our brand. Our compensation package is designed to provide both stability and exceptional growth potential.

  • Annual Base Salary: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00
