We're currently seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Childcare Director. 

As the Director you will be an integral leader on the Inspire team, exemplifying our values and our culture of Kindness, Innovation, Diversity, Courage, and Optimism. Our utmost priority is to ensure that all our children enjoy an enriching and inclusive learning experience, where they develop independence, confidence, and a positive sense of self and the world around them. And while our educators make sure our children feel valued, seen, and heard, we do the same for our educators who come from all walks of life, speak dozens of languages and reflect on the diverse families and communities we serve.

What You’ll Do:

Every day is a chance to make an impact. You will:

  • Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment
  • Engage with your team and families daily
  • Maintain a quality early childhood program within the parameters of the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset – making decisions for the betterment of the childcare center
  • Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success
  • Collaborate with other Inspire departments including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources.


 Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Required; We will consider those with an AA.)
  • At least two (2) years of center leadership experience in a childcare program (Required)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive attitude and passion for working with children
  • Ability to pass background and health requirements
