What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a highly driven Chief of Staff who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy and execution. This role partners closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team, and plays a critical role in scaling a fast-growing cybersecurity company in the identity security space. If you're excited about building structure, driving alignment, and having direct impact at the leadership level, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and company-wide priorities.

• Optimize the CEO’s schedule and focus by ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and daily execution.

• Own follow-ups on key decisions and ensure accountability across the leadership team.

• Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and executive discussions.

• Drive quarterly and annual planning processes, including goal setting and performance tracking.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams.

• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions.

• Work closely on strategic partnerships, including partner strategy, executive-level coordination, and follow-through on key partnership initiatives.

• Lead special projects critical to company growth and execution.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting within high-growth technology companies.

• Exceptional analytical and structured thinking skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.

• Ability to operate with high ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution independently.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across teams and seniority levels.

• Based in New York / New Jersey and able to work closely with the CEO.

• Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or B2B technology environments is a strong advantage.
