Job Summary
The Chief of Staff will serve as a key strategic partner and right hand to the CEO, driving execution across executive priorities, streamlining communication, and ensuring the leadership team stays focused and aligned. This role is critical in scaling the organization’s operating rhythm, improving decision-making processes, and translating vision into action across the company.
You’ll work across functions and act as a force multiplier for the CEO. This is a high-trust, high-impact role ideal for someone with strong business acumen, operational savvy, exceptional judgment, and looking to accelerate their executive trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution & Project Management
Lead special projects and initiatives from the CEO including cross-functional efforts, growth priorities, M&A diligence, and board deliverables.
Track progress on strategic objectives, ensuring accountability and follow-through across teams.
Executive Operations
Drive the cadence of executive leadership meetings, including agenda setting, facilitation, action tracking, and follow-ups.
Partner with the CEO on board communications, investor updates, and company-wide messaging.
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Decision Support
Surface and organize key issues for CEO attention, providing context, analysis, and options to support decision-making.
Anticipate operational risks, flag misalignments early, and drive resolution.
Culture & Communication
Act as an extension of the CEO to help cascade strategy and priorities throughout the organization.
Foster alignment and connectivity across the senior leadership team, breaking down silos and ensuring consistent messaging.
Operational Efficiency
Partner with Finance, HR, and other departments to ensure the company’s operating model supports scale and clarity.
Evaluate and improve business processes that impact leadership effectiveness and organizational agility.
Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or operational leadership roles
Background in fintech, wealth management, or financial services required
Proven track record of working with or within executive leadership teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong executive presence
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment
Preferred Requirements
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Experience supporting a founder or CEO in a high-growth company
Exposure to investor relations or board communications
