ABOUT US

Reframe Systems is a Physical AI and robotics company on a mission to make high-performance housing attainable and abundant in the communities where people want to live. Through our vertically integrated delivery model and highly automated microfactories, we deliver climate-resilient homes and buildings with greater speed and predictability than traditional construction.

Our volumetric modular buildings are produced in our Andover, MA microfactory, with a growing pipeline across North America and a new microfactory on the way. We are building a system that balances repeatability with site-responsive design, enabling homes that are adaptable to each site, community, and customer need. Our cross-disciplinary team brings together architecture, robotics, design engineering, software, factory operations, and field delivery to change how housing gets delivered.

We’re reimagining the future of housing through a smarter and more sustainable system that empowers people to live better. Come build it with us.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a strategic, resourceful, and highly capable Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO and executive leadership team as Reframe enters its next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You'll help shape company priorities, drive important initiatives, and tackle complex challenges that span teams or don't have a natural owner.

You'll serve as a trusted partner to leadership while taking direct ownership of projects and business outcomes that contribute to Reframe's success.

The ideal candidate is a strong strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Strategic Priorities & Execution

  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to identify and execute the company's most important priorities.

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.

  • Establish clear goals, accountability, and practical processes that help the organization execute effectively.

  • Identify challenges, remove obstacles, and keep critical projects moving forward.

Business Growth & Market Development

  • Support key growth initiatives, including go-to-market strategy, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

  • Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to identify new opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.

  • Evaluate markets, customer segments, and business opportunities to help guide investment and growth decisions.

  • Help strengthen marketing, messaging, and customer engagement to support a more scalable growth strategy.

  • Take ownership of selected business initiatives with measurable goals and outcomes.

Executive Partnership & Special Projects

  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO and executive team on strategic and operational challenges.

  • Step into ambiguous or emerging priorities, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum.

  • Coordinate across functions to align stakeholders and drive decisions.

  • Lead special projects that support Reframe's growth and organizational effectiveness.

  • Help create greater leverage for the CEO and executive team by ensuring important work moves forward.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, general management, or a related leadership role.

  • Strong business judgment, analytical capabilities, and commercial instincts.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver measurable results.

  • Experience working across functions and influencing stakeholders at different levels.

  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to take ownership.

Experience in high-growth startups, technology, manufacturing, construction, or other operationally complex businesses is a plus, but not required.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • Company priorities are clearly defined and consistently moving forward.

  • Important cross-functional initiatives are executed successfully.

  • Reframe is making thoughtful, data-informed decisions about growth opportunities.

  • Key business initiatives deliver measurable results.

  • The CEO and executive team have greater capacity to focus on long-term priorities.
