About the RoleWe’re seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief of Staff to partner closely with our leadership team in our NYC office. This role is a unique opportunity for a high-impact leader with prior start-up experience to drive operational excellence, align cross-functional teams, and accelerate Niural’s growth. As Chief of Staff, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic partner to C-level executives, driving key initiatives and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Oversee cross-functional projects, coordinating with product, engineering, sales, and operations teams to deliver results.
Streamline internal processes, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
Prepare and facilitate executive meetings, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
Act as a liaison between leadership and teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal data to inform strategic decisions.
Drive special projects, such as fundraising, partnerships, or expansion initiatives, from ideation to execution.
Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings, building relationships with stakeholders and partners.

2-4+ years of experience in high-growth start-ups, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or strategic role (e.g., Chief of Staff, Operations, or Consulting).
Proven experience scaling operations or driving strategic initiatives in a start-up environment.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to success.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and optimize outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing executive-level stakeholders.
Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or HR tech industries is a plus.
Ability to work in-person at our NYC office, with flexibility for occasional travel.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
