Role Overview:

Socure is seeking a Chief of Staff, Commercial, to drive operational excellence and align commercial product development with our strategic revenue goals. • Oversee quality control procedures and address issues promptly. Coordinate with various integration partners at both business and technical levels, including planning joint rollouts and developing contingency strategies.

  • Create technical and value-based content for sales presentations. Ensure timely dissemination of relevant messaging to the field, delineating what is acceptable to communicate under NDAs.

  • Drive the resolution of strategic and tactical issues concerning partner integrations, maintaining and reviewing relationships with an eye toward optimizing or substituting vendors as necessary.

  • Work closely with marketing and educational teams to enable commercial teams to effectively communicate and sell the value of new and enhanced products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, sales strategy, or product commercialization, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.

  • Proven expertise in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into tactical execution that drives revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of handling high-profile communications with internal teams and external clients.

  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to influence without direct authority.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
