As a Partnership Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive partner-led growth by working closely with partners, GTM, marketing, and sales to generate a strong, qualified pipeline through enablement, co-marketing, and referrals.
  • Enable partners, including system integrators, service providers, and marketplace apps, to identify, position, and influence new business opportunities.
  • Own and manage the partner referral pipeline, ensuring tight collaboration between partners and internal sales pods throughout the sales cycle.
  • Identify and prioritize mutual target accounts using tools like Crossbeam and shared ICPs to improve referral conversion.
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies aligned with revenue goals and joint go-to-market motions.
  • Source, onboard, and grow System Integrator relationships, and coordinate ROM and SOW requests for prospects and customers.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and GTM teams on campaigns, enablement, and events across key verticals like sports, entertainment, and attractions.
  • Support sales pods with partner insights, co-selling opportunities, and integration context to shorten sales cycles and improve win rates.
  • Build trusted, long-term partner relationships by understanding partner business models and creating shared growth plans.
  • Track and report on partner performance, including referrals, influenced revenue, and ROI, with accurate CRM updates.
  • Stay on top of market trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the partner ecosystem.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sport Management, or a similar field.
  • 4-6+ years of B2B partner/channel sales experience in high-growth companies, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in the Sports & Entertainment industry strongly preferred.
  • A background with marketing or data analytics experience is a plus.
  • Extensive experience working cross-functionally with large-scale initiatives in a product-centric data-driven environment.
  • Display the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Show strong organizational and relationship skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Show commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
