Role Overview


1Kosmos is seeking a Channel Partner Program Manager to help scale and operationalize its global partner ecosystem. This role will focus on building, enabling, and expanding partner relationships across key channels including Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Technology Alliances, Managed Service Providers (MSPs/MSSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Cloud Hyperscalers.


This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how enterprise software is bought and implemented through partners and who can turn strategy into execution. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partners are enabled, active, and driving real pipeline and revenue globally.


Key Responsibilities


Partner Recruitment, Development and Expansion

  • Support the execution of 1Kosmos’s global partner strategy across five core partner types:
    • Global Systems Integrators (GSIs)
    • Technology Alliances (ISVs)
    • Managed Service Providers and MSSPs
    • Value-Added Resellers (VARs)
    • Cloud Hyperscalers including AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI
  • Lay the web based and communications processes to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners in priority regions including North America, EMEA (ME priority), and APAC
  • Help expand existing partner relationships through knowledge transfer programs driving deeper technical alignment, co-selling, and joint go-to-market initiatives

Partner Enablement and Operations

  • Build and maintain partner enablement assets including web-based tools and collateral, pitch decks, use cases, demo access, and integration guides
  • Coordinate partner onboarding, training sessions, and certifications
  • Support deal registration, co-sell motions, and marketplace-driven transactions where applicable
  • Ensure partners are equipped to position, sell, and deliver 1Kosmos solutions effectively via the 1Kosmos Learning Academy

Go-to-Market and Co-Sell Execution

  • Work with MSSP’s, high level VAR’s, Technology Alliance partners and GSIs to support co-sell motions and joint account planning
  • Assist in launching joint solution offerings, integrations, and partner-led campaigns
  • Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and help drive deal progression

Program Management and Reporting

  • Maintain partner tracking, prioritization, and performance reporting including partner pipeline, enablement status, and priorities
  • Help define partner tiers, incentives, and engagement models over time
  • Work closely with VP Partnerships, SVP Sales, Finance, and Sales Ops to implement appropriate reporting and tooling
  • Provide regular updates to the VP of Partnerships on progress, risks, and opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales to align on account strategy and partner engagement
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering on integration priorities and partner technical needs
  • Work with Marketing on partner-facing content, marketplace listings, and joint knowledge transfer campaigns

What Success Looks Like

  • Partners are actively engaged, enabled, and bringing 1Kosmos into deals
  • Clear progress across priority partners in each of the five partner categories
  • Increased partner-sourced and partner-assisted pipeline
  • A strong foundation in place for global scale and repeatable partner motions

Requirements

Qualifications


  • 5 to 8 or more years of experience in channel partnerships, alliances, or partner programs in enterprise software, cybersecurity, identity, or cloud
  • Experience working with one or more of the following partner types:
    • Global Systems Integrators such as Deloitte, EY, Accenture, or RSM
    • MSSP’s, MSP and high-end VARs
    • Security or identity technology partners such as Okta, Ping, or ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying motions and partner-led go-to-market
  • Comfort operating in a fast-growing environment with evolving processes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience supporting international partners or global expansion strongly preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud marketplaces and co-sell programs such as AWS ISV Accelerate or Azure IP Co-sell
  • Background in identity, access management, digital identity, or Zero Trust
  • Prior experience building or scaling partner programs at an early or mid-stage company
