Role: Channel Marketing Manager

Location: Remote, USA

We’re looking for a results-driven Channel Marketing Manager to join our Partner/Channel Marketing team. This role focuses on scaling channel sales through strategic marketing initiatives, partner collaboration, and campaign execution. You’ll develop marketing assets, manage partner programs, support events, and analyze performance to drive growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Marketing Assets: Create and deliver content, tools, and resources aligned with partner needs and strategy.
  • MDF Oversight: Collaborate with partner marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns, track performance, and optimize ROI.
  • Event Support: Coordinate messaging, speaker logistics, and internal collaboration for partner events and webinars.
  • Enablement: Develop and maintain sales collateral, training materials, and ensure partner access to key resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5–8 years in channel marketing or similar roles.
  • Experience with channel portals, campaign execution, and event management.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement tools and best practices.
  • Highly organized and collaborative in fast-paced environments.

PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which include a candidate’s background and experience, in determining salary for a position. Compensation will vary based on these factors, but PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between $110,000 - $140,000. The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location and may also include the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus. Additionally, every PTC employee has the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program which allows employees to purchase discounted PTC stock and, for eligible roles, an equity grant.
