What We Do:

Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.

Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

Reports to: Senior Manager, Channel Marketing

Location: Remote Ireland

Compensation Range: €75,000 to €88,000 base plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do:

Huntress is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to plan and execute channel marketing across EMEA, working with both distributors and resellers. You will make sure our distribution partners, and the resellers they serve, have the programs, content, and funding to generate demand for Huntress across several markets, and you will build campaigns that bring new resellers into the region's partner ecosystem.

This role is execution-focused. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable running many campaigns and partner relationships at once, and skilled at adapting global programs to regional needs. You are data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about helping partners succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute regional marketing programs with EMEA distributors and resellers, including demand generation campaigns, webinars, events, and product launch activity.
  • Create and run campaigns to recruit new resellers in the region via distributor-led recruitment and events.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing relationships with distributor partners and resellers, including joint plans, campaign calendars, and regular performance reviews.
  • Enable distributors to run marketing to their reseller base, and support priority resellers directly where the impact is greatest.
  • Localize and adapt global campaigns, messaging, and assets for regional markets, including language, regulatory, and market-specific needs.
  • Plan the activities and campaigns that put MDF and co-marketing funds to work across distributors and resellers, partnering with the Program Manager who administers MDF, and report on the results and ROI of funded activity.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to deliver product updates and channel-specific campaigns that drive partner activation, product adoption, and lead generation.
  • Create and maintain partner-ready enablement and co-branded materials for distributors and resellers, and support engagement through the Huntress Hub partner portal.
  • Track and report on regional channel marketing KPIs, including partner engagement, pipeline, campaign conversion, and fund utilization.
  • Identify what distributors and resellers need to market Huntress successfully and bring those insights back to the Channel Programs team.
  • Support regional partner events, distributor business reviews, and partner communications.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up on all channel-generated leads, with accurate lead capture, tracking, and prompt routing to the appropriate internal owner for next steps.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel or partner marketing, ideally in the SaaS or cybersecurity space.
  • Hands-on experience running co-marketing programs through distributors and resellers in EMEA.
  • Experience building and running partner or reseller recruitment campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of the EMEA channel landscape, including how distribution models and reseller tiers differ by country and region.
  • Experience planning MDF-funded or co-marketing activities and working within channel program mechanics such as deal registration and lead sharing.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and execute many campaigns and partner relationships at once across markets and time zones, and pivot quickly as needs change.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess opportunities and make ROI-based decisions on programs and investments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across organizational and geographic boundaries.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and PRM or partner portal tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed for Partner events, QBRs, etc.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, MSP, or SMB-focused markets.
  • Fluency in one or more European languages in addition to English.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and regional marketing compliance requirements.

What Success Looks Like in the First Year

  • Joint marketing plans running with your key distributors and priority resellers.
  • Regional campaigns executed on a consistent cadence with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Stronger distributor-led demand generation to the reseller base.
  • Recruitment campaigns in market that add new, active resellers to the program.
  • Well-planned, MDF-funded activity across the region with a clear view of ROI.

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • New starter home office set up reimbursement (£398)
  • Generous personal leave entitlements
  • Digital monthly reimbursement (£92)
  • Travel to the US 1-2 times/year for various company events
  • Pension
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
