The Regional Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for driving partner-led demand and pipeline growth across their assigned region by deeply understanding the local channel ecosystem and activating the right partners through targeted programs, communications, content, and events.

This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and the Partner Organization, working hand-in-hand with regional sales leadership on shared goals and outcomes. The ideal candidate understands how different partner types go to market, knows how to enable partners to generate demand on our behalf, and brings strong regional execution discipline.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in-market, thinks like a business owner, and knows how to turn strategy into action.

This is a US-based remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Channel & Ecosystem Expertise

  • Develop a deep understanding of the regional channel ecosystem, including partner types and routes to market: Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Systems Integrators, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Distributors, AV Integrators, and AV Manufacturers

  • Understand partner business models, customer segments, buying motions, and regional market dynamics

  • Act as the regional expert on how partners influence, generate, and close demand

Partner Demand Enablement

  • Ensure partners are armed with the right content, messaging, and tools to drive demand on our behalf

  • Localize and activate global partner campaigns for regional relevance and impact

  • Enable partners with campaign-in-a-box assets, messaging and value propositions by partner type, and content aligned to regional customer use cases

  • Drive partner adoption of marketing programs and track engagement

  • Partner with Sales to help plan, activate, and optimize regional MDF investments

Sales Partnership & Regional Alignment

  • Work hand-in-hand with regional sales leadership and field teams on shared pipeline and revenue goals

  • Align channel marketing plans to regional sales priorities, focus areas, and growth targets

  • Participate in regional sales planning, QBRs, and cadence meetings as the channel marketing lead

  • Ensure tight alignment between partner activities and direct sales motions

Regional Partner Communications

  • Own regional partner communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance

  • Develop and manage regional partner newsletters, announcements, and campaign communications

  • Act as the regional voice of marketing to the partner community

  • Ensure global updates, launches, and programs are effectively translated into regional action

Events & Field Activation

  • Support and execute regional partner events, including: partner summits, distributor events and trade shows, and regional industry events

  • Work closely with sales and partners on event planning, execution, and follow-up

  • Ensure events are aligned to regional priorities and produce measurable outcomes

Partner Program & Recruitment Support

  • Support regional execution of the partner program, including enablement, launches, and ongoing engagement

  • Collaborate with Partner and Sales teams on partner recruitment initiatives

  • Help identify gaps in regional partner coverage and recommend marketing strategies to attract the right partners

  • Reinforce partner value proposition and program benefits through consistent messaging

Measurement & Optimization

  • Track performance of regional channel marketing activities against defined KPIs (pipeline contribution, engagement, event ROI, partner adoption)

  • Use data and feedback from sales and partners to continuously optimize programs

  • Share regional insights and best practices back to global teams

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant experience in channel or partner marketing

  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and routes to market (VAR, integrator, MSP, distributor)

  • Proven experience working closely with field sales teams on shared revenue goals

  • Experience supporting or executing regional events

  • Strong communication skills

  • Highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
