Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively acquire new security integrators and expand partnerships with security distribution partners to drive Chamberlain Group’s access control strategy within the Community and Facility end-user segments, ensuring strong market penetration.
Work closely with dealers, distributors, and national account sellers to enhance product awareness, accelerate adoption, and drive sustained sales growth within the security integrator and security distribution channels.
Partner with Chamberlain Group's New Business Development team and National End User team to develop and execute integrator and security distribution engagement initiatives that maximize sales opportunities and strengthen relationships with key segment end users.
Actively represent Chamberlain Group at industry trade shows, councils, and networking events, leveraging these platforms to foster new business opportunities, strengthen security distribution partnerships, and enhance market positioning.
Lead engaging and impactful training sessions for integrators' sales teams, specification teams, security distribution partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to drive sales success.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, engineering, business development, and new product development teams to implement effective go-to-market strategies, ensuring the successful launch and widespread adoption of new products across security integrator and security distribution networks.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications or equivalent experience
7+ years of relevant work experience
Knowledge across the access control and system integrator spaces
Ability to travel up to 70% - domestically and internationally; valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree, in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Communications
Work experience in the Security Industry / Access Control Industry
Proficient in sales systems, mechanical aptitude, consultative selling, electrical engineering
