AMR Channel Development Manager

The Azure Managed Redis Channel Development Manager (CDM) is responsible for the qualification and assignment of AMR leads, regional partner recruitment and development. Working closely with Redis and Microsoft AMR GTM and Marketing teams, the CDM will leverage customer insights to identify customer prospects, create data-driven campaigns and deliver qualified leads to Azure Managed Redis sales specialists and partners. The Channel Development Manager will also help deliver and support regional marketing and customer events, identify and incubate local system integrator partners and develop strategies in their region to achieve AMR sales targets. 


Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing development and management of AMR opportunity pipeline in partnership with Microsoft and Redis AMR sales and marketing teams. 
  • Development and delivery of applicable use cases and customer campaigns tailored to regional and local markets that yield qualified AMR leads for AMR specialist sales teams and partners. 
  • Support of regional and local customer and partner events. 
  • Ongoing harvesting and management of customer and industry insights that help expand AMR opportunities for the short, medium and longer term.
  • Execute AMR global GTM strategy, including QBRs, planning and partner business reviews. 
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce campaign and opportunity data, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and partner-sourced sales opportunities.
  • Less than 20% travel requirement

Requirements:

  • Must have experience working with channel partners
  • 2-3 years of sales experience within the technology industry
  • Proficient with Salesforce, leading and managing campaigns
  • Must be bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Fluent in Portuguese preferred 
  • Comfortable working across multiple timezones

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $50,000 per year in Texas. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
