Become a key contributor to our vibrant Channel Sales Organization, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic business objectives and expanding our market impact. We are seeking a high-performing, partner-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is deeply passionate about building and nurturing strong partnerships—particularly with SHI.

What You’ll Do:

  • Go-To-Market Planning: Develop and execute Go-To-Market business plans with key focus partners.
  • Sales Alignment: Align sales efforts through targeted demand generation and collaboration activities.
  • Enablement Support: Drive enablement initiatives for Sales and SE teams to ensure partner success.
  • Executive Engagement: Foster executive alignment with partner stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Quota Bearing Reps and Sales Leadership to achieve shared goals.
  • Forecasting: Accurately forecast partner opportunities in coordination with direct sales teams.
  • Marketing Management: Build and manage marketing plans and budgets for the region.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with SE organization, product marketing, sales, marketing, operations, and legal teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences.
  • Accountability: Hold partners and stakeholders accountable for achieving agreed-upon goals.
  • Support SHI Nationally: Provide support and collaboration across SHI’s national initiatives and teams.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how markets work, trends shaping industries, and how to align strategies with organizational goals.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to foster and maintain strong partnerships with enterprises and stakeholders.
  • Sales Process Expertise: Expertise in opportunity qualification, deal cycles, and forecasting.
  • Competitive Insight: Knowledge of the competitive landscape and the ability to build Go-To-Market plans with top partners.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Cloud Solutions: Experience selling cloud solutions, particularly Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
  • Infrastructure Understanding: Good understanding of email network infrastructure and related services.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to assess risks and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time for meetings, events, and partner engagements.
  • Driver’s License: Valid US driver’s license required.
  • Experience at SHI: Previous experience working at SHI and as a Channel Account Manager.
  • Mid-Market and Enterprise Experience: Demonstrated success working with mid-market and enterprise customers.

The US base salary range for this position is $72,000-$125,000 base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, incentive plans, and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
