Adept Consulting Services is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Change Manager to support change management initiatives and ensure changes are communicated and executed effectively across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is comfortable facilitating meetings, collaborating with customers and stakeholders, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience using ServiceNow and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate change management meetings.
  • Coordinate and manage change requests throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.
  • Communicate updates, timelines, and impacts clearly to all involved parties.
  • Track and maintain change documentation and reporting.
  • Utilize ServiceNow to manage and monitor change activities.
  • Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Foster positive working relationships while ensuring established processes are followed.

RequirementsQualifications
  • Experience in Change Management, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience using ServiceNow.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, personable, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience coordinating projects, process improvements, or organizational changes.
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple teams and departments.
