About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Chains Development Lead to spearhead the development of our Chains strategy for the zone (incl but not limited to QSR, Hotels and Catering) . As a key member of our team, you will oversee our international customers strategy and play a critical role in driving our Away From Home strategy. Are you a strategic leader with a pragmatic hands on approach who is ready to drive one of the biggest commercial agendas for the zone?
Key Responsibilities:
International customers (chains and international trade customers):
  • End responsible for managing, negotiating and contracting with international customers.
  • Lead negotiations and coordinate with all markets

Transform chains/key accounts in EPDM:
  • Responsible for overall chain/key account turnover in EPDM (have monthly meetings with all markets to review performance)
  • Detail customer prioritization and plan for key customers across zone
  • Develop channel strategy for key channels (QSR, Hotels, Catering etc.)
  • Build playbooks for restaurant type (e.g. chicken restaurants) and ensure follow-up across markets
  • Improve E2E chains management with Operations (set up new way of working for structural better service level)
  • Decide on future portfolio needed to win in each and coordinate with AFH Growth team to deliver
  • Set up What is worth model together with growth team (ROI for chain marketing investments)

Capability development, deployment and implementation:
  • Responsible for capabilities development and capability deployment for key accounts/chains (trainings, playbooks, tools)
  • Help markets implement capabilities (e.g. TAR, CTM, CBP)

Qualifications:
  • Proven international experience in Away From home.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and developing collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making based on insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt solutions to local contexts without adding unnecessary complexity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed to work closely with the markets.
