Essential Responsibilities
- Drive sales of products, services, parts, solutions, or projects within a defined geographic area.
- Analyze internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
- Apply sound judgment to manage complex tasks and make informed decisions across projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customer engagements.
- Propose new solutions beyond established parameters and provide recommendations.
- Leverage internal and select external resources to support decision-making and offer fresh perspectives on existing solutions.
- Utilize technical expertise and data analysis to inform recommendations.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to less experienced colleagues.
- Lead small to mid-sized projects with moderate risk and resource requirements.
- Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively and foster consensus.
- Demonstrate strong persuasion skills to influence stakeholders within the field.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Significant experience in Sales, e.g. specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Requires strong commercial awareness and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including control of resources.
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems and lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Fluent in English verbal and written.
